Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
The Key Points
- Read and share freely. Link to any page, any time.
- Our work stays ours. Quote it with a link back.
- Nothing is sold here. This site describes the co-op and its projects.
- Our other sites have their own terms. Buying or joining happens there.
1. About This Site
inertspace.com is the website of InertSpace Cooperative Inc, a California Cooperative Corporation ("we", "us", "our"). It describes the cooperative and the projects it runs. Nothing is sold on this site.
We no longer take on website, hosting or development work for clients. If you had a project with us before October 2026, the terms you agreed to at the time still cover that work.
2. Using This Site
You are welcome to read, link to and share any page. Please do not use the site to:
- Break the law
- Spread malware or phishing
- Harass anyone
- Try to reach parts of the site that are not public, or overload it
3. Ownership
The words, images and design on this site belong to the cooperative unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short passages if you link back to the page you quoted.
Third-Party Components
This site uses some open-source libraries and third-party services (for example fonts and icons). These remain under their own licenses.
4. Our Other Sites
This site links to the cooperative's other projects, including AnalogCirc.us and tentcities.us. Each has its own terms. Purchases and memberships on AnalogCirc.us are covered by AnalogCirc.us's terms, not these.
We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.
5. Accuracy and Liability
Project pages describe work in progress, and they change as the work does. We keep them as accurate as we can, but the site is provided as it is.
- We are not liable for outages of the services this site depends on
- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on what you read here
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then mediation or arbitration if necessary.
